Rescheduling Your Appointment

You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times without any fees. Simply select a new date and time through our online system. However, after the third rescheduling, your appointment will be considered canceled, and a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

Canceling Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please carefully review the following terms:

  • More than 7 days before the appointment: A 10% fee of the total service cost will apply.
  • Within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the appointment: A 20% fee will apply.
  • Within 24 hours or missed appointments: A 40% fee will apply.
  • If you cancel within the 24-hour grace period from booking, the cancellation fee will be waived.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, when an appointment is reserved, it holds a spot that could have been offered to other clients. The cancellation fee helps offset this impact.
